Free shipping is applied to all orders over $60.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not been fulfilled and shipped out. Please get in touch with us through our website or whatever online shopping platform you have used to purchase your product as soon as possible to ensure we can cancel your order before it is shipped out.

Damaged Packages

Hayat Harti ensure that all our products are sent out without damages, but Hayat Harti understand that the product can be damaged on its way to delivery. Please reach out to Contact, message us, or through our contact form to request a replacement WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your damaged package.

Shipment Processing Time

We strive to ship most orders as quickly as possible. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, noon PST through Sunday, or holidays.

If Hayat Harti are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, Hayat Harti will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number should be active once our shipment partner’s processing center receives the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once hayatharti.comfulfills the shipment by handing over the package to our shipping partners, Hayat Harti are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.

Once the package is picked up, it is on the shipping service to ensure the issue is resolved. Hayat Harti can try submitting a claim from our end, but there is no guarantee the package will be found, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be processed.

Please double-check your address to ensure it is correct, and try asking your neighbors if they have received your package by mistake. If you have not received your package but have received a notification the package was delivered, please wait up to 24 hours, as the package can arrive hours after the delivery notification is sent out.
